臺南國家美術館今年規劃辦理「傳承」系列講座，八月份以前輩藝術家黃歌川為主題，舉辦專題講座及體驗工作坊各1場，分享黃歌川創作歷程與藝術作品風格特質，以及帶領大眾體驗蠟染之美，除深化社會大眾對前輩藝術家創作歷程之理解外，亦展現臺南國家美術館推動「重建臺灣藝術史」之核心定位與文化使命。

【Tainan National Museum of Art | “Legacy” Lecture Series – August: Huang Ko-Chuan】

This year, the Tainan National Museum of Art is organizing a series of lectures under the theme “Legacy.” In August, the program will focus on senior artist Huang Ko-Chuan, featuring one special lecture and one hands-on workshop.

The events will introduce Huang Ko-Chuan’s artistic journey and the distinctive characteristics of his works, while also guiding participants in experiencing the beauty of batik art. In addition to deepening the public’s understanding of the creative journey of Taiwan’s senior artists, the program also highlights the Tainan National Museum of Art’s core mission and cultural commitment to “Reconstructing Taiwan’s Art History.”
